Stainless Steel or Aluminulm.
The Highland Stainless Steel Backplate is made up from 11 gauge 304 grade stainless steel, laser cut for dimensional accuracy with CNC-Machined beveled edge to protect harness and the end user. The Highland Stainless Steel Backplate has Angled and horizontal slots for "straight" or "cross-over" shoulder strap configuration. With holes at 11" on center (bottom hole is slotted to facilitate mounting).

11 gauge (.115 inch) 304 grade stainless steel
Laser cut for dimensional accuracy
CNC-machined beveled edges to protect harness
Final "polished finish” by hand for smooth slots and holes
Angled and horizontal slots for "straight” or "cross-over” shoulder strap configuration
Mounting holes at 11” on center (bottom hole is slotted to facilitate mounting)
Slots at bottom for use with 1” or 2” crouch strap
3/8” accessory mounting holes along both sides
Cam band slots for single tank diving without the need for a single tank adapter
