Join us for a sunset cruise on our charter boat and toast champagne.
Service Description
Join us for a 2 hour sunset cruise on our 40’ custom charter boat, and if you are so inclined, we have a few kayaks and paddle boards we can also drop into the water, so you can get that perfect iconic paddle in the air photo at sunset! Or just enjoy the magnificent scenery in Howe Sound - the southernmost fjord in North America - from our comfortable vessel, and toast the sunset with a glass of bubbly, as the sun drops into the Salish Sea. You may encounter bald eagles and other sea birds, harbour seals, and occasionally even dolphins or whales. Meet at our Expedition Centre in Horseshoe Bay - the gateway to Howe Sound - located just 25 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Departs from the dock in Horseshoe Bay at 7pm, returns to the dock by 9pm. Bring along your cameras, bathing suit and towel, and clothing suitable for the day. Trips depart rain or shine - if it rains, we may not see the sunset, but we can still kayak and tip a glass! We often will also see seals, bald eagles and other seabirds, and occasionally dolphins or whales! Our boat is fully enclosed and dry on rainy days.

Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings: A 48-hour notice is required for a full refund of charter fees. For Unlimited Pass holders, if booking is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance of the charter, they will be invoiced the amount of the full charter and/or rental gear. There are no refunds. Charters that are cancelled by Sea Dragon Charters due to unsafe weather or conditions beyond our control will be refunded in full. Trips are not cancelled due to rain. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather usually cannot be made until departure time. Only those present at the scheduled departure time will receive refunds. No partial refunds will be made for unused dives. No refunds will be made for seasickness. Group Bookings: A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for any group cancellations, to allow us time to book other clients.
