Service Description
Sea Dragon provides private tours and specialized charters for groups of all sizes. Our boat Topline can accommodate up to 20 guests at a time and offers a variety of schedules to meet your group’s needs. The four-hour private boat tour is perfect for our longer boat tour trips such as the: - Scuba Diving Charter - Snorkel & Kayak Tour - Cliff Jumping & BBQ - Sightseeing Tours to more distant destinations However, we're flexible to customize the private charter to your needs, as long as it's safe and can fit into the four-hour timeslot! Please contact us if you're unsure! We've been booked out for many different events such as research trips, water taxi, film, and even helicopter rescue training! Please contact us directly to customize a tour that right for your special occasion! A minimum of two weeks notice is required for any private tour cancellations to receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings: A 48-hour notice is required for a full refund of charter fees. There are no refunds. Charters that are cancelled by Sea Dragon Charters due to unsafe weather or conditions beyond our control will be refunded in full. Trips are not cancelled due to rain. The decision to cancel a trip due to bad weather usually cannot be made until departure time. Only those present at the scheduled departure time will receive refunds. No partial refunds will be made for unused dives. No refunds will be made for seasickness. No refunds are given for courses once the course begins. Transfer fees may apply if rescheduling a course. Group Bookings: A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for any group cancellations, to allow us time to book other clients.
