Unlimited Pass

Do I REALLY get unlimited diving?


Yes! The diving is unlimited for all scheduled charters. This means if there's a charter going out and there's space, you can book it using your pass!




Can my friend use my Unlimited Pass?


No, Unlimited Passes are not transferrable to friends. Only you can use your Unlimited Pass. Anyone who tries to use the pass for someone else will be refused service and may be banned from accessing services in the future.




How do I book dive trips on my pass?


Simply log in to your account and navigate to the Scuba Diving Charter booking page. Your Unlimited Pass will automatically be applied at checkout.




Can I get a refund?


Sorry, no refunds on the Unlimited Pass. We are only offering a very small number of these passes to the public. Only buy the pass if you know you're going to put it to good use!




How do I manage my bookings?


Simply log in to your account using the top right "Log In" icon and click "My Bookings". From there, you can see your upcoming bookings, reschedule, or cancel your bookings.




What happens if I don't show up to my booking?


If you can't make a trip, be sure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your scheduled departure through our online member dashboard. If you do not cancel or reschedule your trip through your member dashboard within 48 hours of departure, you will be charged for the dive trip at full price. We have a limited number of spaces on board so please be courteous to your fellow divers and only book trips you plan on attending.




What happens if the charter is cancelled?


We do from time to time cancel charters due to unsafe weather or conditions beyond our control. We are offering an extremely low price point to factor in this possibility of cancellation. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or credit applied to your account due to cancelled charters.

Can my friend use my passes?


Yes! You can book your friends in on dive trips on your account. Just make sure you have all of their dive information and gear requirements when you make the booking!




How do I book dive trips on my passes?


Simply log in to your account and navigate to the Scuba Diving Charter booking page. Your passes will automatically be applied at checkout.




Can I get a refund?


Sorry, no refunds on the Dragon Packs. We are only offering a very small number of these passes to the public. Only buy the pass if you know you're going to put it to good use!
